1.FARMING

We mostly do organic cultivation to have safe fruits and even long shelf-life maintenance. Farming in best location which fit for each species of fruit, we have very good quality and best taste products which make great satisfactions to all customers from wholesales markets to supermarket and stores.

2.HARVESTING

We only harvest fruits in early morning time when temperature is not too hot to avoid fruits have water-loose. Besides, workers are trained to take carefully handling to minimize waste and rejection. Our workers, by their experience, choose enough mature fruits which will be full of taste and flavor to enjoy, so their skill is one of most important thing that make our fruits special delicious.

3.PROCESSING

We will finish processing within 12 hours after harvesting to keep fruits maintain its freshness. Even cutting by skillful staff, fruits are again selected by grading team to remove all damaged and unqualified products. Only best fruits with good quality and perfect look are packed into cartons. Under very strict quality management, final QC checking is required before loading.

4.STORAGE

We store each kind of fruit at its suitable temperature to avoid chilling injury. All shipments will be check temperature by QC team before loading. Data logger should be put onto packages to track whole transportation storage process.

5.TRANPORT

We all use our cooling vans or container trucks to transport shipment to airport or harbour, so that we can control shipment being kept cooling continuously from our packing house to place of loading.
