By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. If you are using the Website on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

The Website is an informational and business-to-business (B2B) platform. It presents our company, products, certifications, and export capabilities, and allows prospective buyers and partners to contact us and request quotations.

Important: Product listings, prices, images, and descriptions on the Website are for general information only and do not constitute a binding offer. All sales are subject to:

• Seasonal availability and harvest conditions of fresh produce
• Written quotations issued by Golden Bee
• A separately negotiated and signed sales contract or purchase agreement (including Incoterms, payment terms, quality specifications, and delivery schedules)

No contract is formed through the Website itself.

3. Eligibility

The Website and our services are intended for business users — importers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and trade partners. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into commercial contracts to use our services.

1. Quotations are valid only for the period stated in the quotation and may be withdrawn or revised before acceptance.
2. Product specifications (variety, size, grade, packaging, Brix level, etc.) are defined in the sales contract. Because fresh produce is a natural product, reasonable variations in appearance, size, and color may occur.
3. Certifications and standards (e.g., GlobalG.A.P., phytosanitary certificates, food safety documentation) will be provided as agreed in the sales contract and as required by the destination market.
4. Prices may fluctuate with market conditions, seasonality, exchange rates, and freight costs. Prices displayed or communicated informally are indicative only.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including text, images, photographs, graphics, logos, trademarks (including the “Golden Bee” and “Gobe” names and logos), product descriptions, and layout — is owned by or licensed to Golden Bee and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
