GOBE IMEX (Golden Bee Vietnam) has just closed another chapter of its export journey at Asia Fruit Logistica 2026, held from 2 to 4 September at AsiaWorld-Expo in Hong Kong. For three days, the GOBE IMEX team brought Vietnam’s fresh fruit to one of Asia’s most important produce trade shows, using the trip to meet new buyers, reconnect with existing partners, and put Vietnamese fruit in front of a genuinely international audience. Here is how the show went for GOBE IMEX, from booth to buyer meetings to what comes next.
How GOBE IMEX Took Part in Asia Fruit Logistica 2026
Asia Fruit Logistica has grown into one of the most efficient entry points for Vietnamese exporters into markets across Asia and the Middle East, and this year’s edition, the 19th, was the largest yet: over 16,000 visitors from 95 countries and regions, and more than 760 exhibitors from 41 countries. Inside that crowd, the GOBE IMEX booth, represented on the ground by team members including Nelly Tran and Kaylie Nguyen, gave visitors a hands-on look at what Vietnamese fresh produce can offer, from fruit quality to packaging to the story behind the farms.

Rather than treating the show as a one-off appearance, GOBE IMEX used it as a checkpoint in a longer export strategy, one that already spans markets like Canada, the UAE, the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, the Maldives, Russia, Japan, and Kuwait. Asia Fruit Logistica added a valuable Asian and Middle Eastern audience to that map.
Vietnamese Fresh Produce GOBE IMEX Brought to the Show
The booth showcased the categories that define GOBE IMEX’s range today:
- Signature tropical fruit: dragon fruit, longan, mango, guava and passion fruit
- Jackfruit: whole jackfruit alongside GOBE IMEX’s peeled, seedless jackfruit trays in red and yellow varieties, offering convenient formats for retail and food-service buyers.
- Everyday staples: coconut, pomelo, and seedless lime.
- Seasonal and niche picks: chili, capsicum, and other selected fresh produce for international buyers.

Having this range on one table let buyers browse everything from bulk fresh fruit to convenience-ready formats without needing to look elsewhere, which is exactly the kind of one-stop sourcing conversation GOBE IMEX aims to have at every show.
Connecting with Buyers and Partners at the Show
The real value of a show like this comes down to the conversations that happen at the booth, and GOBE IMEX used the three days to meet importers, retailers, and distributors actively sourcing Vietnamese produce, including buyers from regions where the company already trades and new contacts exploring Vietnam as a supply source for the first time. Existing relationships from markets like Japan, the Middle East, and Europe gave the team a head start, since those buyers arrived already familiar with GOBE IMEX’s GlobalGAP-certified, farm-to-pack model.

For newer contacts, the GOBE IMEX team focused conversations on the fundamentals that matter most to a fresh produce buyer: certification, cold chain control, and consistent supply, all backed by the company’s own farms and partner growers in the Mekong Delta.
Highlights and What Comes Next for GOBE IMEX
Asia Fruit Logistica 2026 reinforced two things for GOBE IMEX: Vietnamese fresh produce continues to draw strong interest from Asian and Middle Eastern buyers, and a well-organized booth backed by a real supply chain story still outperforms a purely price-driven pitch. The show also opened a pipeline of follow-up conversations, from sample requests to deeper sourcing discussions, that the team will carry forward in the coming weeks.
And GOBE IMEX’s trade show journey does not stop here. The next stop is Fruit Attraction 2026 in Madrid, running from 6 to 8 October at IFEMA, where the team will bring Vietnamese fresh produce in front of Europe’s fruit and vegetable industry.
